	Coles Prefabriated Walkway/Foyer/Shade Area Prefabricated Timber Walkway to West Ryde Apartment Building Prefabricated Polished Timber Walls and Ceiling to four apartment lobbies Prefabricated Structural Steel Shade area above Coles constructed in our factory and erected on site
	Macquarie Park BBQ Area Prefabricated Spotted Gum Pergola to public seating area at Macquarie Park. Pergola was manufactured in our factory at Wetherill Park with all necessary prefinished coatings and cut outs for electrical lighting and switches. Erected and completed in two days.
	Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont Contracted by Brookfield Multiplex over a period of 18 months with 12 men on a lump sum contract to raise floor areas over an 8000 m2 area due to the old shipping wharves subsiding over time causing the existing structures floor levels to fall away.
	Breakfast Point Contracted by Richard Crookes constructions on 2 projects at the Breakfast Point Village to carry out external pergola's, roofing sections and timber facade work on multiple levels to unit blocks.
	Old Westpac Bank, Sydney CBD St Hilliers Construction's engaged Osta to re-instate and rectify the polished timber work which had been stored off site to 7 levels of the heritage listed building at 341 George street.
	Darling Island Waterside Apartments The new apartments constructed by Brookfield Multiplex at darling Island were up market waterside apartments . Osta had a team of 8 men for 4 months which carried out internal fit out work and polished timber stairs laid over concrete to these high quality apartments on the foreshore.
	Social Housing - Lithgow, Wollongong and Moss Vale Osta won the contract on a lump sum agreement for the installation of wall frames, trusses, windows, external cladding, pergolas and internal fit to 52 townhouses and 45 apartments.
	Eveleigh Carriage Works, Redfern. St Hilliers Constructions was the head contractor at Eveleigh Carriage works which was used for maintenance work and storage of trains and carriages at Redfern train line. The existing building was approx. 200 m x 120 m allowing multiple trains and carriages to enter in and out through the arched timber doors for maintenance and storage of trains and carriages.
	Parcel Post and YHA buildings at Broadway and Central station Platform The YHA building formed part of Central station platform where Osta removed the 7 metre high timber columns, king pin rafter and trusses as seen in this photo which were replaced due to excessive termite damage. Osta also constructed a 2 level toilet building and mezzanine floors divided into accomodation rooms with stair access to allow the building to be used as a hostel for backpackers.
	Old Redfern Courthouse Osta was contracted by Richard Crookes Constructions to restore missing timberwork and carved sections of timber to the main courtroom. The decorative timber ceiling and sections of timber work to walls were in poor condition due to water damage and required restoration.
	King Pin Truss with Beam and Post The King Pin or similar truss design is a unique and classical design which has an endless appeal over time when used in conjunction with a post and beam system to form the outer structure allowing a very open 1 or 2 storey design building whether it be for commercial, house or barn style use.
