| Cottage at RydeThis timber cottage was partly demolished and stripped back to bare wall framing externally with sections of internal metal and plaster ceilings retained. The cottage was transformed from 65m2 of building area retained after demolition and extented to 370m2 cottage to replicate the building finishes of homes around the early 1900 period. |
| Alexandria School & day care CentreOsta was engaged as head contractor to carry out work on Alexandria High School for an aboriginal daycare centre. The scope of work was to transform existing wood, metal work rooms and class rooms to form individual age care areas for 1-5 year old children. 3 Additional attached buildings were constructed for amenities and kitchen catering areas with level 1 existing class rooms transformed into office and administration areas for staff. External road works were carried out to accommodate car and bus parking areas for the pre-school. Fenced outdoor and softfall areas were constructed to acommodate shaded areas for childrens play equipment. |
| Disable Elevated Walkway, Frenchs ForestOsta was engaged to construct a 130 metre structural steel and timber disable walkway. Laybacks were formed to existing curb and gutter to allow disable walkway from road and carpark areas to continue between existing buildings allowing access to outdoor seating and cafe area's and access to other office buildings. |
